Beginning with the January, 2012 Monthly Membership Meeting, members present will enter their name in a drawing each meeting they attend through June. The winning person’s name is put back in with the other names, and members will continue entering each Monthly Membership Meeting through November. At the December Monthly Membership Meeting, a member will be drawn for $500. The drawing will be from the pool of members who have attended during the period of January-November, 2012. No names will be entered in the drawing at the December meeting.

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP DRAWING

In the General Membership Drawing, had Lori L Kern of Kingston Springs , Tennessee been present to hear her name called, she would have won $500.

Next month, the prize will increase to $550.

The General Membership Drawing will grow $50 per month until it is capped at $750. We will draw one name from the membership per month until we have a winner.

In November, 2007, the Local began a monthly drawing from the entire membership. The prize started with $100, and increased $50 per month until we had a winner. In July, 2008, Cleo Duckworth won the drawing and received $500. In December, 2009, we had our 2nd winner, Walter T. Lavender of Kingston Springs. He won $900. At the April, 2012 meeting Amber Sloas won $850.

Trouble Accessing and Loading Our Website?

 February 24, 2010

We have had reports from several of you concerning excessive start-up times and, when it does open up, all you get is text, no color and no links. Basically, not very pleasing to the eye and not useful. This has occured when trying to access the website from Company computers. Accessing from other locations has been ok. The IT Committee thinks this is due to some conflict between our site and the Company's internet security settings. The IT Committees expresses it's regret that you are having this problem and they are investigating possible solutions. For the time being, please access us from non-Company sources, i.e.- home computer, iPhones, laptops with personal wifi connections. Thank you for your understanding.
